Positive: Location as this was in-between places I needed to be. Very clean and tidy and easy access to property
Negative: I sent a message to ask if I could bring my dogs as it states you may have fees to pay. I also asked if there was potential for an earlier check in however I never received a response to these questions, not even an acknowledgement i felt this was poor customer service to not even respond, signal was poor to make a call to ask. I didn't bring my dogs just in case this was not allowed. Whilst there is a welcome basket, which is appreciated, but not with items i would have eaten, the accommodation lacked the usual basics of tea, coffee, sugar and milk and bread i had to buy these. I've been working in Wales for almost a year and stayed at various places, all of which had tea coffee sugar and milk. Having no contact with the owner's for the duration, of my stay i found it frustrating that as I'm loading my car at 10.30, 30 minutes after the check out time was uncomfortable I felt I was being watched to make sure I left and didn't take anything. The experience I had was not great given the lack of communication in the first instance it's not somewhere I would book to stay again.
